Choosing your design
How do I combine cushion patterns?
Start with a color already in your room, choose a quiet foundation, then add one pattern as a focal point. Give different patterns a shared color so the arrangement feels connected.
Are sizes, materials and inserts confirmed?
The collection uses generated design illustrations. Exact dimensions, materials, filling and package contents have not been verified by the illustrations. Email us for confirmation of the details that matter to your order; do not infer them from a styled scene.
Are the sofa and styling props included?
No. Furniture and background objects illustrate a setting and are not part of the cushion purchase.
Orders and delivery
Where do you deliver?
Our planned selling destination is the United States. See our Shipping Policy for available services and checkout charges.
What are the shipping charges?
Standard delivery is $5.99 USD when the discounted merchandise subtotal is below $50 USD and free at $50 USD or above. Expedited delivery is $7.99 USD. Taxes are separate when applicable.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 5–10 business days to process an order, followed by an estimated 10–15 business days in transit for standard US delivery. These periods are consecutive, approximately 15–25 business days in total. Expedited service has no guaranteed delivery date unless separately confirmed.
Can I change an address or cancel?
Email your order number and requested change as soon as possible. We cannot promise a change once the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Returns and care
How do I request a return?
Email within 30 days of receiving your order. We will explain the return process before you send it. Personal preference return postage is the buyer's responsibility; damaged or incorrect items are assessed separately.
How should I clean a cushion?
Follow the actual product care label. Do not assume a cushion is machine washable from its appearance. Keep it dry and test any permitted cleaning method in a discreet area first.
