Return Policy

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

Return window and eligibility

Request a return by emailing service@lomexvani.com within 30 days after receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item and the reason. For personal preference returns, items should be unused, clean and in their original condition with available packaging. These conditions do not restrict statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Request first, then send

1. Email your request and relevant photographs for damage or an incorrect item.
2. Wait for instructions so we can identify and handle the return correctly.
3. Package the item carefully and retain proof of postage and tracking.

Return address: Shenzhen Feicheng Technology Co., Ltd., Room 301, Block B, Renheng Dream Plaza, Huilongpu Community, Longcheng Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China. Do not send a return to a carrier address printed on a parcel or to our Hong Kong business address unless we separately instruct you to do so.

Who pays postage?

The buyer pays return postage for personal preference returns. For a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied item, contact us before arranging postage. We will assess the circumstances and explain an appropriate remedy and postage arrangement, subject to applicable law. Original delivery charges and any deductions are handled according to the reason for return and your mandatory rights.

Refunds

After a return is received, we inspect it and process an approved refund within 10 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. We will contact you if the return is not approved and explain the reason.

Exchanges and cancellation

Email us about an exchange before returning anything; availability and an agreed process determine the next step. To cancel or change an order, contact us promptly. Cancellation may be unavailable after dispatch, but you may still request a return and retain any legal cancellation rights.
