The terms that apply when you browse or order from Lomexvani.

Using the store

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information for an order or request. Do not interfere with the service, misuse another person's information, copy protected content without permission or submit harmful material. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private.

Products and images

Our collection uses generated design illustrations. They are not photographs of physically inspected inventory and do not verify materials, dimensions, filling, certifications or package contents. Background furniture and styling props are not included. Request any unconfirmed details that are important to your purchase before ordering. Color appearance can vary with screen and lighting.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, with applicable taxes and delivery charges disclosed before payment. Review the total before placing an order. Availability and acceptance of an order are subject to confirmation. We may contact you about an error, unavailable item or a reasonable fraud concern, and explain cancellation or refund options consistent with applicable law. We do not reserve a right to retrospectively change an accepted price without your agreement.

Shipping, returns and cancellation

Our Shipping Policy explains destinations, fees and consecutive processing and transit periods. Our Return Policy explains the 30-day request window and refund process. Contact us promptly about a change or cancellation; processing and dispatch can affect the available options.

Use and care

Follow the actual item label and instructions. Decorative cushions are not safety equipment, sleeping products for infants or medical devices. Keep loose packaging away from children. Do not place textiles near an open flame. Avoid using an item if it is damaged in a way that may make it unsafe.

Intellectual property and third parties

Our original branding and content are protected to the extent provided by law. Third-party links and services have their own terms; their inclusion does not establish that we control their content. Shopify hosts our store and payment services may be supplied by other providers.

Privacy and responsibility

Read our Privacy Policy to understand personal information handling. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss resulting from misuse or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to defective products or our own unlawful conduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with disputes subject to a competent court at the company's location, except where mandatory law gives you different rights or a different forum. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain available.
